Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Service Officer – (Logistics & Freight Forwarding) for one of our clients in Doha, Qatar.

Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including air, sea, and land transportation.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation (e.g., B/L, AWB, commercial invoices).
- Must have valid QID and NOC.
